Senior Consultants: These consultants are highly reputed professionals in their own fields. They are chosen and contacted to work with us on contract basis. They may or may not be registered with us on a permanent basis and are not hired by our job network/open advertisement policy.

Consultants: These are dynamic and very knowledgeable professionals who are usually chosen and approached by our head-hunting scouts. They are registered with us. A small proportion of these may be chosen from open market. So if you think, you are very good at what you do. Have an in depth understanding of your field and an experience to match. Researchers: Researchers are hired by us from the open market. Initially they are hired on contract basis but depending on a number of factors they may be absorbed permanently in the organisation and may go on to work for us as consultants as they mature in their fields. The essential qualities of our researchers are:

Ability to put in tireless hard work when required.
Good analytical abilities.
Knowledge of their field and an innate desire to further develop it.
Integrity.
Strong ethical standards.

Experience:
Our researchers have a wide range of experience:

Catagory A :  Fresh graduates to 4 years of research/work experience.

Catagory B : 5-8 years of work/research experience.

Catagory C : Senior researchers with well established research groups/organisations.
